Outdoor, indoor and full sun, explained
Outdoor artificial pieces come in a full outdoor grade for all-day sun and a lighter UV grade for part shade or seasonal use. Some pieces are indoor only. Live boxwood depends on your winter zone.
We tell you what a piece is made for before you buy. If a listing does not settle it, ask. A question now beats a return later.
Large pieces are quoted with delivery included
Anything over $750 is quoted rather than sold in the cart. The quote is one price with delivery included. Large pieces travel by freight, and nothing is charged until you approve the quote.

Questions before you order
How do quotes work for large pieces?
Anything over $750 is quoted with delivery included. Send the piece, the size and your ZIP or postal code, and our team replies within hours, usually the same day. Nothing is charged until you approve the quote.
How do smaller pieces ship?
Smaller pieces go by parcel, UPS or FedEx, and show their delivery cost at checkout. Large pieces travel by freight and are quoted with delivery.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, across the US and Canada. For live boxwood going to Canada, ask us first: it needs plant-health papers, and some provinces restrict boxwood.
What is your return policy?
Call (866) 306-1020 within 15 days of delivery for a return authorization and instructions. Refuse any shipment that arrives damaged.
Can you make a size or shape you do not list?
