Send the date and the load-in window first. We schedule the build, freight and install against it. If it will not fit, we tell you on day one instead of in week six.
Brand shapes, logos and mascots from your artwork
Send artwork or a sketch. We make letters, logos, characters and one-offs, and match foliage and finishes to your brand colors.
Fire-retardant on request, UV-rated outdoors
Fire-retardant treatment is available on request for enclosed venues that need it. Anything outdoors gets UV-rated material. Ask for both at quote stage so they are built in from the start.

Internal steel tubing above six feet
Anything over six feet gets steel tubing run inside the frame, because pieces in public places get climbed on. They are still sculptures, not climbing structures, and large pieces are anchored for the site.
Galvanized, or powder-coated to order
The armature is welded steel, galvanized against corrosion as standard, with powder coating as an option. It is built to outlive the foliage on it, season after season.
Installed on site, irrigation on request
On-site installation for anything large, across the US and Canada. Live pieces can have automatic irrigation built in, so nobody has to remember them.
Start to finish
Built in modules, stood up on a show floor.
Everything arrives as modules, so the set goes up inside a tight load-in window. The wall goes up first, then the signage once the wall is square. The rest of the set builds out around it.
A build that happened
The PGA Show, built in modules and struck in a night.
This was a full exhibit. A preserved green wall carried the event signage, large moss spheres flanked the space, faux palms framed the structure and white drapery hung overhead. At the center stood a turf-covered oversized chair. People sat on it, and queued to have their photograph taken in it.

Four steps, and what we need from you.

Send the date first
The date decides everything else. Send it with the venue, the load-in window and a photograph or sketch of the space.

You approve a design before we cut steel
You sign off a concept and a CAD drawing of the finished piece, so what arrives is exactly what you approved.

Built to order
The frame is welded and the foliage applied to the design you approved. Ask for progress photographs and you can approve the piece before it ships.

We deliver, install and strike
For larger builds we handle freight, placement and removal. Smaller pieces ship ready to place and need nobody on site.

When do you need to commission it?
Most event pieces take 4 to 10 weeks to build, plus the delivery. Put your date in, then send it with your request so our team can confirm it.

Before you ask for a quote.
Can we rent event topiary?
No. Event pieces are sold, built to your brief, and they are yours to keep afterwards. Artificial and preserved pieces store and travel well, so many clients bring theirs back for the next event, and a repair or a second piece can be matched to the first.
How far ahead should we book custom topiary for an event?
Allow 4 to 10 weeks to build, plus the delivery, and send your date as early as you can. If it is closer than that, call before you rule it out: our team will tell you plainly what can be done.
Can you match our brand colors?
Yes, across foliage, finishes and framing. Send artwork, a color reference or a photograph, and we will tell you which colors foliage can match before you commit.
Do you install on site and take it away afterwards?
Yes, for larger builds, anywhere in the US and Canada. We install on site and can take the piece down afterwards. Smaller pieces ship ready to place.
Can the foliage be fire-retardant for indoor venues?
Fire-retardant treatment is available on request for venues that need it. Ask for it at quote stage, because venues often ask for the paperwork late.
Can we reuse the piece for next year?
Yes. Artificial and preserved foliage travels and stores well. We keep your specification on file, so a repair or a second piece matches the first.
What happens if our date moves?
Tell us as early as you can. A later date is rarely a problem. An earlier date depends on how far along the build is, and we will tell you plainly whether we can make it.
