Tigers come off the same bench as the rest of our large commission work: steel welded to shape, galvanised by dipping, then skinned in wire mesh that carries the line of the shoulder and haunch. The bare frame in the photograph is what exists before any foliage goes near it. The drawings show the poses we build most often. A reclining version is drawn for mounting onto outcropping stone. From there it can stay as bare wire, be packed with moss, or be wrapped in outdoor boxwood foliage in a polyblend material. The outdoor boxwood carries a five-year warranty, the galvanised frame is warranted for life, and moss needs maintaining once a year. Zoos, wildlife parks and adventure attractions order them as visitor draws. They also go into jungle-themed events, hotel lobbies, school and museum displays and private gardens, indoors or out.
