It’s a frame, not a finished shaped plant: the rabbit shape only appears once the foliage inside has filled in against the wire, which takes ongoing pruning and training rather than happening on its own. This is the DIY route to topiary shaping, working with a shrub you already have or plant into the frame yourself, rather than buying a piece pre-shaped.
