Description

The Buxus microphylla ‘Green Beauty’ globe topiary is a compact, rounded boxwood shaped into a smooth ball 12 to 15 inches tall. Its rounded, blue-green leaves stay glossy and hold their color through the winter months, giving the plant a dense, evergreen look year-round.

This size works well in containers by an entryway or gate, along a walkway or garden border, or grouped with other topiary shapes like cones and spirals in a formal planting. Its compact scale also suits foundation plantings around porches and steps.

‘Green Beauty’ is heat tolerant with a slower growth habit, which helps it hold its rounded shape with light upkeep. It grows best in full sun to partial shade, with soil kept evenly moist while it establishes and well-draining afterward. Light trimming maintains the globe shape, and it should be shielded from extreme heat or frost. This topiary ships via UPS Ground.
