Its height and symmetry suit entrances, patios and garden pathways, or a bright, indirect-light spot indoors. Because it’s a live plant, it needs regular watering (let the top layer of soil dry slightly between waterings), occasional trimming to hold the ball shapes, and protection from extreme heat or frost.
