This is a Scissors Topiary, a moss-covered sculpture shaped into an open pair of shears on a mounted post. The frame runs about 36 inches overall, with a 12-inch steel post secured in the ground beneath it, so plan for roughly a foot of that height below grade once installed.
It’s built as an artificial topiary rather than a live plant, so care is limited to occasional dusting and cleaning rather than watering or trimming. On display it stands planted into a mulched garden bed alongside other moss-covered shapes — a heart and several animal silhouettes — so it works well as one piece within a larger themed moss display rather than only as a standalone accent.
