The dog reads as a corgi because the frame does. Wires of different gauges are hand-formed and powder-coated, the heavier ones holding the spine and the leg line, the finer ones working the ears, the muzzle and the long low barrel of the body. Sphagnum moss is then packed into that cage, which is what gives the coat its texture and its uneven, mottled green.
At 17 x 28 x 9 inches it sits at ground level and holds its own there: beside a front door, at the end of a planting bed, on a porch, on a patio, in a shop window. Because every one is formed and packed by hand, the sizes given are approximations and pieces vary slightly from one to the next.
