Why choose lighted topiary trees
Lighted topiary trees give a door or a room a lit shape that looks the same every night of the season. The range here is artificial: spirals, cones and a pyramid pine from 5 to 7 ft, some lit with LEDs and some with clear mini lights. The rows below help you place a pair, pick a shape and choose the lights.
Lighted trees for a porch
Two of the same tree either side of a front door is the classic Christmas outdoor topiary. At 5 ft, the pyramid ball pine stands a little below the top of a standard door, with a cone of foliage over a ball.
Keep it out of the rain. We do not yet have an outdoor rating for these pieces, and some artificial trees are indoor only, so a covered porch is the safer choice and it is worth asking us first. Outdoor lights need a GFCI outlet with a weatherproof in-use cover. Topiary for a front door covers height and spacing.
Christmas topiary trees: the 7 ft spiral
The spiral spruce is the tallest piece here. It stands 7 ft, lit with 400 warm white lights, and fits a stair landing, a lobby corner or the space beside a fireplace, where a full Christmas tree would take too much room.
The same tree comes unlit if you want to hang your own lights or leave it green after the holidays. Lit and unlit are separate listings, so pick one before you order. Measure the ceiling height first.
LED or clear mini lights
The two 6 ft cones look alike and differ in their lights. One has 245 warm white LEDs, the other 250 clear mini lights, which are incandescent. LEDs run far cooler and use about 70 percent less energy. The Department of Energy puts a 6 ft tree lit 12 hours a day for 40 days at about $0.27 with LEDs and $10 with incandescents.
Both cones are made of an inherently fire-resistant PVC. That helps where a restaurant or venue asks about fire. A venue should ask us for the test report itself.

Can lighted topiary trees go outdoors?
Ask us first. We do not yet have an outdoor rating for these five pieces, and some artificial trees and cones are indoor only. Outdoors, any lights should be an outdoor-rated set on a GFCI outlet with an in-use weatherproof cover.
Are the lights LED?
Not all of them. One 6 ft square cone has 245 warm white LED lights and the other has 250 clear mini lights, which are incandescent. The 7 ft spiral has 400 warm white lights. Ask us about the light type on any piece before you order.
How tall are the pre-lit topiary trees?
From 5 ft to 7 ft. The pyramid ball pine is 5 ft, the square cones are 6 ft and the spiral spruce is 7 ft, lit or unlit. For a lit piece in the shape of a dog, see lighted animal topiary.
Can I buy a pair of lighted topiaries?
Yes. Each piece is priced singly, so add two of the same tree to the cart, or ask for a quote on two square cones. A matched pair either side of a door is the usual order. Artificial cones and spirals for formal positions covers placement.
Are the lighted cones fire resistant?
The two 6 ft square cones are made of an inherently fire-resistant PVC, so the resistance is part of the plastic. Fire resistant means the material resists catching fire, and it can still burn. We have no fire information for the other three pieces.
How do I store a pre-lit tree after the holidays?
Dry. Wipe it down and box it somewhere the damp cannot reach. Before the next season, check the lights for cracked sockets, frayed or bare wire and loose connections, and do not use a set that has any. Planning Christmas topiary in September has a timeline.
Do you ship lighted topiary to Canada?
Yes. We ship across the US and Canada. Returns are accepted for 15 days after delivery. If a shipment arrives damaged, refuse it and let us know.
