Preserved, not irrigated
This is the distinction worth settling before anything else. A living green wall is planted: it needs irrigation, usually supplementary lighting, and a service visit on a schedule for as long as it exists. A preserved moss wall needs none of the three. The material is real moss treated so it holds colour and texture without staying alive, which means no plumbing, no lighting budget and no recurring visit.
That also sets the limits, and they are worth knowing before you specify one. Preserved moss is an interior material. Direct sun and sustained damp are the two conditions it will not tolerate, so a south-facing atrium wall or an unventilated washroom is the wrong brief for it. If what you actually want is a planted, irrigated wall, we will say so rather than sell you this instead.
What is available
The framed range runs to 24 × 48 inches, singly and as multi-panel sets designed to hang together across a longer run. Beyond that size, and for anything cut to a specific wall or carrying a logo, the piece is specified and quoted against your drawings rather than picked from the range.
Some pieces combine moss with driftwood, and some with live air plants. The moss and the wood need nothing at all; the air plants are living and do need occasional attention, so for a space with no one to look after them, the moss-only panels are the right specification.

How a commercial job runs
Send the wall dimensions and a photograph, and where the piece is going. You get back a specification and one figure covering the panels and the freight. Anything unusual: a curved wall, a logo cut into the moss, a run that has to clear services, is settled on a drawing before anything is made.
Installation is quoted per job rather than assumed: tell us the address and the access, and we will tell you whether we are fitting it or crating it for your contractor. Larger commissioned work in steel and planted material is a different process again, described on commercial topiary sculptures.
