Lifesize Buffalo – Bison Frame

This guy is special, and we will share why. )

1. He is lifesize
2. His horns, eyes, and mouth are made of a foam coat epoxy to show the detail that would not look so great if we applied boxwood foliage
3. This is our best design yet! He has a large barrel-shaped body, about 3.5 feet wide, meant for moss stuffing. To avoid the tedious task of filling the entire belly with moss, we built an internal wire frame. This lets us limit moss placement to just a 6-inch layer around the outer edge, keeping the inside hollow. That means less moss, less work, and lower costs—especially helpful for large-scale topiary art. 😊
